Op 13 september 2022 promoveerde Hanneke Keijzer aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen op het proefschrift getiteld ‘Cracking Coma: MRI and EEG markers of outcome after cardiac arrest’. Het onderzoek werd uitgevoerd onder leiding van promotoren prof. dr. C.J.M. Klijn (Radboud Universiteit) en prof. dr. J. Hofmeijer (Universiteit Twente), en copromotor dr. C.W.E. Hoedemaekers (Radboud Universiteit). In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
